Magic Kingdom One Day Itinerary

Plan Your Day: Decide whether to purchase Genie+ or Lightning Lanes to skip the line for rides. Genie+ is recommended if you can afford it. Early Entry is also a good idea, as it lets you into the park before the crowds.

Must-Do Rides: The Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Peter Pan’s Flight, Jungle Cruise, and Space Mountain are all popular rides with long wait times. Be sure to hit these early or use Genie+ or Lightning Lanes.

Hidden Gems: When the lines are long for the major rides, head to the Carousel of Progress or the Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor. These are both great options with shorter wait times.

Character Greetings: Meet your favorite Disney characters throughout the park. There are designated character greeting areas, but you may also spot them walking around.

Parades: Don't miss the Festival of Fantasy Parade or the Disney Enchantment fireworks show. These are both spectacular events that are sure to please everyone.

Dining: There are plenty of dining options available at Magic Kingdom, from quick-service restaurants to sit-down meals. Be sure to plan your meals ahead of time, as it can get crowded during peak times.

Shopping: There are also plenty of shops at Magic Kingdom, where you can find souvenirs, toys, and Disney-themed clothing.

Tips: Wear comfortable shoes, as you'll be doing a lot of walking. Bring sunscreen and a hat, as it can get hot in Florida. Be sure to stay hydrated, especially if you're visiting during the summer months.

Transportation: The best way to get to Magic Kingdom is by monorail or boat. If you're driving, you'll need to park at the Magic Kingdom parking lot and take a tram to the park.
